How Mushroom Spore Syringes Work

A mushroom spore syringe contains millions of microscopic spores suspended in sterilized water. Under sterile conditions, the syringe can be used to transfer spores onto a suitable microscopy slide for observation or into an appropriate research medium where legally permitted. Before use, always wipe the needle with the supplied alcohol wipe and flame sterilize it using a lighter or candle to maintain proper sterile technique.
